Refund and Return Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period:

  • Change of Mind: You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return due to a change of mind, without the need for justification.
  • Product Defects: If you identify any defects in the product, please contact us within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt.
  • Artwork and Toy Art: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for artwork or toy art. These items are unique, vintage, or collectible and may have special characteristics. Toy art is often collectible, and boxes may not be in perfect condition.

2. Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, without signs of use.
  • For customized or collectible products, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

3. Return Process:

  1. Contact: Contact us via email at bettyf@bitsmag.com.br or phone 5521-2439-0019. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you an authorization code for shipping.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturing defects,where we will cover the costs.
  4. Analysis: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to confirm the condition and proceed with the process.

4. Refund:

  • Payment method: The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Timeline: The refund period may vary depending on the payment method, but usually occurs within 10 (ten) business days after confirmation of the return.

5. Exchange:

  • Availability: Product exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Shipping cost: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new product.
